  • Count me in! Cheers, Stevenson.
  • Let's see if US PR Stevenson can attend the event and deal with media requests.
  • Many questions pop up at the end. Thanks to his rehearsal, Mr Smith is perfectly aware of the frontier between what he can tease and what he cannot. Plus, Mr Stevenson picks the journalists who have relevant questions and declines politely those who may not be accurate for Mr Smith’s topics.
  • Sorry, Mr Smith won't answer this one as the project is under developement.
  • One at a time please!
  • Mr Smith is ready, he meets Mr Stevenson, the US PR before getting to the stage; and, there, as the light starts glowing… he delivers an impressive presentation! The room is all about applause and Mr Stevenson keeps taking pictures of the exhilarated crowd.

  • A few days later, when the press starts giving feedback about the conference, Mr Smith and Ms Jones are overjoyed to see that Smith’s conference is positively quoted in several articles: for a coverage, it’s a true success!
  • Ms Jones knows that this experience has to serve other studios; so she asks Mr Stevenson and Mr Smith to send her a quick report on the event. Then, she fills out the final report and sends it to the League.
  • Do you recommend sending other speakers there next year?
  • Why?
  • You know what? Let’s put both of your feedback in the final report!
  • Did you enjoy the event?
  • "What’s more in the process Ms Jones?" "Come on Mr Smith, enough with the process…you’re a star now! Let’s celebrate!"
