  • Storyboard: The Most Dangerous Game
  • On the third hunting day, Rainsford attempts to hide from Gerneral Zantoff and his hunting party high up in a tree.  (Rainsford looks into the distance as camera slowly zooms into his view.)
  • "Nerve, nerve, nerve!"
  • ahhhhhh-ooooohhh
  • With Ivan holding the hounds leading the hunt, General Zantoff is seen following behind with his pistol ready at hand.
  • After sliding down the tree, Rainsford (with his back towards camera) hastens to create a trap,  a native trick he had learned at Uganda, using sapling from the trees along with his pocket knife.
  • Rainsford runs for his life after setting his trap afterwards the howling of the hounds is heard but then abruptly stops. Rainsford realizes his trap worked yet he continues running, repeating "nerve, nerve, nerve" to himself in order to stay calm.
  • Rainsford quickly pushes though a blue gap between the foliage, knowing that General Zantoff was not far behind as the hounds have continued howling again. .
  • ahhhhhh-ooooohhh
  • Upon reaching the gap, Rainsford sees the sea 20 feet below him. At first he hesitates but hears the howling of the hounds as he takes a leap out into the sea.
  • ahhhhhh-ooooohhh
