Student is doing excellent work and pictures which show his fantastic ideas. He needs to concentrate on colouring his work nicely and avoid rushing to make the presentation nice. By giving immediate and specific feedback, it encourages the student to learn at higher levels and gives them direction in a positive way.
The teacher appropriately to praises the students academic achievement by also highlighting why she was successful and acknowledging her efforts. Just writing a grade would not reflect this level of feedback.
