Paris comes to mourn Juliet at the graveyard.Also Romeo and Balthasar come so Romeo can take back his ring that he gave it to Juliet(that's what he told Balthasar but he comes for another reason.(they both are hiding so Paris can't see them).
Romeo orders Balthasar to leave.Paris recognizes Romeo as the man who killed Tybalt and was banished.Romeo threatens Paris,if he doesn't leave he will see something he wouldn't like.They fight and Paris dies.
Romeo tells Juliet that he wants to spend eternity with her.
