Storyboard Text

  • Exposition
  • Conflict
  • Rising Action
  • For the exposition I chose when Nick firsts moves into his house and notices all the parties and excitement at Gatsby's house.
  • Rising Action
  • I chose Gatsby reaching for the light as the conflict for this storyboard since it kind of shows he longs for Daisy but also greed.
  • Climax
  • As a rising action a great point would be Toms affair and how hypocritical he is.
  • Falling Action/Resolution
  • This scene when their all on the train and heading to town when all of a sudden Tom is questioning Daisy and Gatsby slightly.
  • This heated moment serves great for the conflict since its when Tom finally digs into Daisy and Gatsby and tells all about Gatsby's affairs with bootlegging and Gatsby trying to persuade Daisy to leave with him.
  • For the resolution I thought that the scene where Gatsby was killed fit perfect.
