  • The sun is a flower that blooms for one hour.
  • No it is more like a fire.
  • Do you have a four?
  • Yes.
  • Woosh! Woosh! goes the constant rain. On Venus it rains seven years straight, but every seven years it stops raining for one hour.
  • Okay lets go before the teacher comes.
  • HELP! HELP! HELP!
  • Don't worry I locked the door, she won't get out.
  • Margot stands apart from the other kids because she remembers the sun.
  • Oh no the rain it's starting!
  • Margot doesn't play games with other kids because she just came to Venus.
  • Hey Margot you can come out now.
  • "Boom! Boom!" goes the closet door as she kicks and punches the door to try to get out. She yells and screams hoping for someone to let her out.
  • As all the kids (except Margot) yell and scream in fun one girl yelled that the rain was was starting. The joy and happiness quikely turned to sorrow. Because they new it was going to be seven more years until the next hour without rain.
  • After a long two hours margot finally gets the chance to come out. She is curled up and weeping in the corner of the closet. she finally gets up and no one says a thing they just stare.
