I approached one of my experiments going over the plan in my heard, but began to feel a little awkward and nervous. But continued forward with the plan.
Once the girl noticed my approach with open arms. She began to look confused, not knowing if the notion was for her or someone else.
She then realized I was approaching her, an expression of shock overcame her face. I began to feel a little more nervous, but continued forward without a word.
But then quickly her face instantly turned to one of happiness. Her once closed off body, turned to one of embrace as she began to continue forward as well for the hug. My feeling of nervousness turned to relief.
Then we finally met for a hug, with a stranger I have never met before. It was short and quick, because I did not to wish her for any longer than I had to. We began to laugh as we broke away.
I then turned away with a smile, knowing that I broke this social norm successfully, It's not normal to hug a random stranger, as my other experiments showed with rejection.
