Storyboard Text

  • After one day of school, brothers Mike and Jose speak about their geometry lesson.
  • Hey dude, you understood the geometry lesson
  • I don't know what is sine, cosine, and tangent?
  • Next day both brothers stay at school to review the geometry lesson.
  • Simple. when we talk about those 3, we are referring to the sides of right angled triangles
  • But how do I find the sine, or cosine, or tangent?
  • In a right triangle, the side across a given angle is the opposite side
  • The side next to a given angle is the adjacent and the hypotenuse is the biggest side
  • Now always remember the word "SOHCAHTOA"
  • Mike keeps explaining Jose the lesson but Jose doesn't seem to be taking it seriously.
  • Just study for the test and copy the notes I have about the lesson
  • In other words, Sine=Opposite/Hypotenuse, Cosine=Adjacent/Hypotenuse, Tangent=Opposite/Adjacent.
  • SOHCAHTOA stands for "Sine Opposite Hypotenuse Cosine Adjacent Hypotenuse Tangent Opposite Adjacent"
  • Dude, that's too much! I think I get it but I won't remember it all
  • Sohcahtoa? A Greek guy like Pythagoras?
  • Two weeks later both already took the test and got it back.
  • 47
  • You're not making feel better.
  • I'm not trying. I am laughing
  • No, I didn't. I hope Dad is cool with this.
  • Mike, I didn't pass the test!
  • Did you even review the notes I gave you?
  • He won't be. I'm pretty sure I'll get your bike after this
  • 100
  • Dad just texted me he is here.
  • I just texted "Ask about today's class to Jose"
  • I know but I'll get your bike
  • Don't tell him I'm here and don't mention today's class
  • You're a douche
