Student View: • VR First-person view. Student controls gaze with head-tracking. Gesture controller controls interaction. • Speaking icon appears above teacher when they are speaking. Possibly voice phoneme lip motion.

Teacher View: • First-person view, non-VR desktop app, teacher uses mouse/trackpad to control gaze. • Multiplayer, network voice chat. Speaking icon appears above student who is speaking.
NOTEPAD Need a hint? (Mandarin <-> English vocabulary hints)
Student View: • Teacher avatar and scene can be customized to fit curriculum • For example, history, literature, biographical topics, introduced by teacher avatar and followed by Q&A via voice chat or VR notepad.
Student View: • VR First-person view. Scene switches to relevant location based on conversation topic. Other students are hidden (and muted?) • Teacher/student can launch notepad to prompt with hints/questions/notes
Student View: • VR notepad. Can contain free-form text entered by student teacher, or teacher can include multiple-choice style questions for student to select. • Teacher can award student with in-game prizes
