Hello Dana Dolphins!!!!!!!! It is a nice day here in Hawaii.
I wonder, how the Hawaiian Islands were created?
The Hawiian islands were created by seafloor spreading. Seafloor spreading is the process by which new seafloor is formed as old sea floor is pulled away.
When the hot magma begins to seep through the cracks of the oceanic crust, the pressure causes hard rock to spread end to end becoming the land mass ( island ).
Oh! I'm so grateful for sea-floor spreading because that process gave us these beautiful Hawaiian Islands!!!!!!!!
