  • Exposition
  • Rising Action
  • Climax
  • The Man, who is slowly sleeping, is reading his book in his chamber. Until he hears a tapping at his door. He gets frighten by the tapping at his chamber door.
  • Falling Action
  • The man heads to the door to see who was there. Nobody was at the door or in the hall, so he closed the door. Then suddenly, he hears a tapping at his window. The headed to his window so he can see who was there.
  • Resolution
  • He open the window and then a raven flew in. It perched at his chamber doorway. The man asked the raven if it was here to help him forget his loss, Lenore. Or, to let him know he will see Lenore again. Suddenly the raven said, 'NEVERMORE''. The man then became rage toward the raven because he now knows he will not see Lenore again.
  • Literary Element
  • The man begin to talk to the raven in a raged voice. The raven said ,"NEVERMORE".
  • The man lays on the floor while the raven still perched at his doorway. He feels as if his soul was lifted from him.
