  • I don't feel so good... I feel like I'm going too...
  • You are in a hospital and affected with polio. You are paralyzed from the waste down but if you want to walk again we need your help! We will start with a little of physical therapy at a time and see if any of your body parts are moving.
  • Where am I?
  • Just a little closer
  • I can't do it! It just won't move!
  • Fainting is one of the many symptoms of polio. Other symptoms of polio is headaches, sleep Fever, sore throat, Headache, Vomiting, Back pain or stiffness, neck pain or stiffness, and stiffness in the arms or legs. Other symptoms are progressive muscle or joint weakness and pain, breathing problems, sleep apnea, concentration and memory difficulties, depression.

  • Polio requires being treated by a physician, taking prescribed medication and lots of physical therapy. Once you have polio your body will never be the same! This girl is infected with a severe case but we can fix it with lots of therapy, I mean LOTS of therapy.

  • yes... I don't know why? Haha
  • Once you are diagnosed with polio there is no cure. One of the things that can help you walk again is physical therapy. Physical therapy helps the paralyzed limbs stay healthy. Also if you want your child polio free you you should give them the vaccination before they turn 6 or 7. You should also keep your personal hygiene very clean.
