Lady Macbeth is brutal from the start. She hears of Macbeth's new honorable name. She is soon overwhelmed with power. She already wants to kill the king, Duncan, and put Macbeth into power, as the new king.
Lady Macbeth then gets frustrated and very angry at Macbeth for not wanting to kill his king. He has many doubts and doesn't feel it's right. As soon as Macbeth speaks his mind, Lady Macbeth instantly questions his manhood, and his love for her. This is all just to get him to kill Duncan, so he can be in power for himself.
Lady Macbeth is quite satisfied with the idea of the king out of the way of power. When Macbeth comes from the murder, she is quite astonished by how frightened he looked. She then tries not to help him, but focuses on getting rid of the evidence He does not wish to go back in so she gets upset and storms back into the room to plant the evidence where it was supposed to be.
