As Stanley & Zero walk through the desert, they find themselves very hungry and dehydrated. They spot a mountain which resembles a thumb. Even though they have no energy, they begin climbing this mountain anyway.
While walking up the rocky mountain, Zero faints from lack of water. Stanley is very worried and feels like this may be the end for them both. After he thinks about everything he becomes motivated to carry Zero up and over the mountain.
Stanley breaks the family curse without even knowing it when he carries Zero to the top of of the mountain. Since he was a descendant from Madame Zeroni, (the woman who has cursed Stanley's family) singing to Zero and letting him get water from a stream proves the family to be worthy and the errors are repealed.
Stanley and Zero go back to Camp Green Lake to find the tube he dug up earlier. When they come back to find it, they also notice there is a chest under the tube. In this chest there was gold and other riches.....
The leader and counselors of the camp soon find out about this chest and try to accuse Stanley of stealing once again (which Stanley responds with calling them liars), Zero points out that Stanley's last name is clearly written on the chest, and therefore it's his and he takes the chest full of wealth.
It has his name on it....look if you don't believe me!
Stanley and Zero both go back to home with the chest, clearing the family of curses, bringing home a dear friend, a great adventure and a story to remember, and enough money to live as a new and changed hero.
