  • Hamlet speaks to the ghost of his father where the ghost tells him who killed him and to get revenge but leave his mother alone.
  • "My hour is almost come When I to sulphrous and tormenting flames Must render up myself."
  • Ophelia goes to her father like she is supposed to do and tells him of the things Hamlet has been sending her. He reads a letter he sent to her and learns of Hamlet's "madness."
  • "He raised a sigh so piteous and profound as it did seem to shatter all his bulk and end his being"
  • Hamlet kills Polonius after hearing him yell from behind the tapestry after the play he conducted.
  • "How now, a rat? Dead for a ducat, Dead!"
  • After the death of her father, Ophelia drowns in a brook while Laertes and Claudius come up with a plan to kill Hamlet.
  • The plan doesn't go as planned which causes Claudius, Gertrude, Hamlet, and Laertes to die with Hamlet making young Fortinbras King of Denmark.
