Steve Harmon is a boy being put on trial for felony murder and robbery, which can get you life in prison without parole or even the death penalty, and he is only 16 years old.
Steve Harmon was supposedly the look out for the operation. He went in the store before the robbery to make sure there were not any policemen in the store.
A few of the other people he was with went in just to rob the store. Without intention, one of the men shot the owner of the store with the owner's gun.
Steve and the people he was with were put in jail while he was waiting for the trial to take place.
When it came time for the trial, Steve's lawyer was O'Brien. She was up against the lawyer for the state, Petrocelli.
They each stated their cases for their sides of the court. They called several witnesses to the stand to help their cases.
