I show up to work on time and ready to do a great job with my team at Papa Murphy's!
I clock in and set my watch for 2 hours after my start time so I'm alerted when I should take my game break.
After I clock in and set my watch, I check the list to see what my tasks are for the day. If I finish one of these tasks, I don't need to ask a manager what to do. I just move on to the next task!
If someone in a black shirt asks me to do something, I stop what I'm doing right now and follow their directions first. Once I've done that, I can go back to what I was doing. Following directions from managers right away is important!
Yes! I will do that right now.
Jack, can you please refill this cheese container?
I take my game break when my timer goes off, even if I still have dishes in the sink or an unfinished task. I can come back and finish my task after game time.
I'm really good at washing dishes, but I can do other things too! I'm ready to do new things when a manager asks. When I try new things and follow directions right away, I become a better worker at Papa Murphy's!
