  • I have to make sure that I get this workout in.
  • Dinner time...
  • After I eat this delicious healthy dinner, I think that I will go on Facebook and IG for a while. Then maybe read a book.
  • Lisa doesn't go to bed until 1 am..
  • Next Day, 4 hours later.....
  • OMG, I am soo tired. Ugh, why haven't I lost any weight?!
