  • Emotional health - A person who has good emotional health is confident in themselves. - Someone with good emotional health has a very high self esteem and a positive attitude about life, themselves, and other people.
  • Spiritual health - When a person has good spiritual health they believe that they have a strong purpose in life. - They have a positive outlook for the future.
  • Enviromental health - Environmental health is when a person respects nature and can live among it in peace. - A person who has good environmental health doesn't have to be a tree hugger but they do treasure the simple beauty of nature.
  • When I grow up, I am going to make a difference.
  • Physical health - The most common amount of exercise that doctors recommend is st least 30- 60 minutes at the least every day. - You don't have to be doing push ups to exercise well, biking, walking, or just playing tag is a good source of physical exercise.
  • Mental Health - Keeping your mind active constantly throughout your life slows the mental aging process. - Reading strengthens your eyesight and expands your mental capacity.
  • Occupational health - Someone who has good occupational health is a person who is a very flexible person in their workplace. - A person with good occupational health might also feel safe working there and have some close friends working with them.
  • Social health - Having good social health means interacting with those around you. -People who have good social health typically have friends who support them and give them positive encouragement.
