  • Telephone Etiquette app. Allows students to practice responding to telephone calls. Students can review the conversation to determine what they need to practice.
  • Student Response to ringing telephone.
  • Student responds to customer/client.
  • Students are given several options, to be the caller, the receiver, and what type of conversation this will be. Or they can choose random.
  • Students are given specific information about the telephone call, such as the boss does not want to be interrupted. The back ground of a business, or the reason for the phone call.
  • Hi, could I please speak to Mr. Anderson?
  • This is Victoria from CSPC. This is an emergency.
  • At the end of the conversation students can choose to hear the conversation or have it evaluated on telephone etiquet.
