Morning before the track meet, it's 7am. I'm going to eat a big breakfast with little fat and only some protein. I'll have oatmeal with blueberries, eggs, toast, and ham.
I'm getting kinda hungry before lunch. It is only 9am and I have lunch at noon. I'll have these nuts and dried fruit, and I'll be hydrating all day.
There are so many choices for lunch, but I think I will have the green beans, chicken nuggets, chocolate milk, and fruit cup.
It is 2:30pm, I am on the way to the track meet, so I will have an energy bar.
My event starts at 5:30, it is now 4:30, before warming up, I am going to drink some Gatorade.
