  • Hello! My name is Neila and I am a Neolithic farmer
  • Weaving takes a lot of time and skill
  • Wool
  • clothes weaved from wool, dyed with berries
  • Our houses are made of "Wattle and Daub" and have a thatched roof
  • Neila and her family get up at sunrise every morning. Her father and brother go and tend the cattle while Neila, her mother and her sisters do other jobs
  • Pig
  • Neila and her sisters and mother weave clothes made from sheeps wool.
  • Later that day Neila returned home to take care of her little sisters while her mother collected more berries to dye the clothes with.
  • Let's eat!
  • Later that day, when the sun began to set, Neila cooked the pig her father had killed yesterday. She put the pig on a spit over a fire.
  • Fire
  • When the pig was cooked Neila went to find her family and tell them that dinner was ready.
  • Once she found all her family, Neila, her two sisters , her mother and her father all gathered round and ate the pig that Neila cooked for dinner.
