History doesn't say much about Theodora as a child, but what we do know is that she was Born in 497 A.D. and no one knows the exact place.When she go older she started trailing in her sister's footstep she earned a living by being an actress, during that time when you were an actress you also had to be a harlot.

At 16 year old she left to North Africa with a man named Hacebolus a Syrian official. After she left him she came back home she went for being a wool spinner which caught the eye of Justinian. She also had a had a baby girl before meeting Justinian without being married and no one knew who the father was which was bad.
Justian still fell in love with her, but he couldn't marry her because of the law that said that aristocrats can't marry actresses. In 525, Justian I had revoked that law and Justinian married Theodora, They also accepted her daughter even though it wasn't Justinian's baby.
Theodora became the strongest, smartest, and some say prettiest women in the Byzantine Empire. She was the most trusted adviser and her name was mention in every law passed.Theodora also fought for the rights of women and the rights of Rome. Some say she was the most heroic women alive
There was this one time were the empire was under attack and couldnt win and Justinian wanted to leave the battle to save them, but Theodora said no. So, they stayed and faught for Rome and won the war and people said she was the one who saved Rome
Sadly all good things must come to an end, Theodora died in 548 A.D. possible of cancer. Theodra will away be remember as the most powerful , wises, and most heroic women in the Byzantine Emprie
