Hello Sarah, you should eat your fruits and vegetables. Don't eat fast-food, that is unhealthy.
When you eat unhealthy at a younger age, this can effect your future in many ways. One way is that you can become obese from eating too much fast-food. Also, you could get diabetes from the amount of sugar their is in candies, etc.
You can eat sugary foods, but just the right amount of sugar. If you eat too much sugar, it is bad for your body. A lot of people do not like fruits and vegetables, but in the long run you won't be unhealthy
One way to be healthy is to exercise. Walking a mile can help. You don't have to do a lot, the littlest things always help. Playing sports is also really good because you are exercising while having fun.
Another way to be healthy is to eat from home. When you eat at a restaurant, you don't know what they are putting in your food. You can go to the store and buy fruits, vegetables, and pastas and actually know what is in your food and how you cook/make it
