  • The Nightmare
  • Go away! Go away now!
  • Conor, Conor
  • The First Tale
  • I love you but I have to kill you!
  • I feel very ill!
  • The Second Tale
  • You cannot cut down my yew tree!
  • But I need the tree to make my medicines!
  • Conor has been having the same nightmare over and over again. Every time Conor has the dream, he wakes up at exactly seven minutes past midnight. So when he wakes up one night and there's an actual monster outside his bedroom window.
  • The Third Tale
  • I still can't see you
  • I dont want to be invisible
  • The Prince falls in love with a farmer's daughter. They elope together to marry but the Prince has to kill his sweetheart to save his father's kingdom; because the new Queen-who was actually a wicked witch-could not be defeated unless all the villagers were angry with the Prince.
  • His Story
  • MUM!!!!
  • The Parson refused to let the Apothecary cut down his yew tree; but when the Parson's daughters fall ill and he begs the Apothecary to cut down the tree, to make medicine for his dying daughters, the Apothecary says "No!"
  • Funeral
  • Goodbye mum
  • This tale is about a guy who was never noticed and was tired of being unseen, just like Conor. In order to be seen, he calls on the strength of  the monster and makes sure he never goes unnoticed again. 
  • Conor's story is that he knows his mother is going to die but he cant let go. It takes him a long time to say this because he does not want to accept it
  • His mother dies and Conor is not that scared anymore because he has conquered his fear.
