Sammy always had trouble falling asleep so he took classes to learn about REM sleep which is a stage that stimulates the brain
He also learned how to establish a circadian rhythm which is a cycle bodies function by according to factors such as sunlight.
Sammy applies what he learns and sleeps efficiently with 90 minute sleep cycles which involves light sleep and deep sleep intervals.
YOU ARE FIRED
Due to better sleep, Sammy performs his job better and is promoted. However, in accordance with the social influence theory, he becomes stressed about what is expected from him at work.
Sammy works constantly and begins abusing caffeine to stay awake and and perform his job more efficiently.
His caffeine abuse leads to sleeplessness and he begins to have nightmares about losing his job.
