The Lady or the Tiger ?
Long ago, there was a kingdom ruled by a semi-barbaric king who used an unfair system of justice to decide whether the accused person is innocent or guilty.
The day of the trial !
The accused person needs to choose between two doors that are in the arena; a door which have a hungry tiger behind and the other door which have beautiful lady who the accused person will immediately marry to.
The kings daughter falls in love with a poor handsome citizen. The king discovers this and announced that the youth will have to face the trial.
The youth is in the arena for the trial. The king's arena is an amphitheater of oval shape surrounded by rising ground with seats. Its the arena where the king's prisoners meet their punishment. He looked to the princess and she pointed to a specific door.
The princess knew which door had the tiger and which had the lady behind...
The youth walks right to the door which the princess pointed to.
The author leaves the ending to the reader... What was behind the door the lady or the tiger ?
