  • It was my first semester of college, and I was ready to take on any challenge. Chemistry was one of those that I was determined to overcome and get an "A" in.
  • WOOO!!! COLLEGE!!!
  • Uhoh, better hit the library.
  • This is one of the hardest classes you'll take. Make sure to study because over half of the people in this room will fail.
  • I never had to study like this ever before! 3 to 4 hours each day, plus class! I'm getting all the practice questions right.... I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
  • Every day, I went to the library to go over the notes and do homework. After all of this, I still failed my first two tests.
  • Can you help me? My final is in a week and I really need help. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong, and my teacher doesn't help.
  • Sure! That's what tutors are for! I'll help you go over the problems he said that would be on the exam. That way you have something to follow while practicing.
  • The next day before the exam, I studied all day. A frustrated, I thought I was doing alright. I was getting the problems right and I understood them more.

  • After all my hard work, I still got 6 questions out of 24 right. I never cried so much in my life... I had failed the class. Although something from the past, I learned what I was made of. Even though I didn't pass, I learned what my "all" was in the phrase "give it your all". I never had to study so hard in my life and I gave every waking moment to that class,
