This storyboard does not have a description.
Mum, did you know that there's many benefits of being healthy? Some are living longer, controlling your weight, having stronger bones and muscles, reducing the risk of some cancers and improving your mental health and mood!
That's amazing! did you learn that in your health class today?
Yes, I did! but we also learned that there many bad things that could happen if you are not healthy, active and sustainable.
What are they?
We were taught today that there are many bad thangs that can happen to your body and mind if you aren't healthy and active. some of the worst ones are being overweight or obese, high blood pressure, heart disease or strokes, type-2 diabetes, depression and eating disorders.
Is that really true? No wonder my sister exercises so much and always tries to drag me along to the gym. maybe i should start excerising more...
Is aunt Kellie really that healthy? That means that her lifestyle is really good!
Yes! She is very healthy and active and she has a very sustainable lifestyle! She eats very healthily and exercises almost every day! I should seriously consider following in her footsteps and take care of my body and mind more.
Well, there are ways that people like you can start to achieve this sort of lifestyle!
You can start by making sure that you get enough rest and sleep every night. Then, you could alter your diet slightly to be more healthy and avoid sugar. Lastly, you could purchase a gym membership to start you on your path of becoming fit!
Wow! It all seems so easy and motiovational when you put it like that!
