  • Peripeteia
  • Now might i do it pat, now he is praying...
  • At this point, hamlet sees king Claudius praying alone. It is the perfect opportunity
  • Anagnorisis
  • If it be now, 'tis not to come; if it be not to come, it will be now...the readiness is all
  • Hamlet, after his return from england, has a realization that god or fate has a strong influence of the events taking place and all he can do is try and mold it to his will.
  • Nemesis
  • O, this is hire and salary, not revenge! He took my father grossly... who knows save heaven?
  • Hamlet's nemesis is Claudius because he murdered Hamlet's father and married his mother
  • In this scene, hamlet participates in a duel with Laertes. This is when all emotions are released
