Only 4 hours? That is very bad for your health! Why did you only sleep for 4 hours?
I'm leaving. I am way too tired to exercise, because I only got 4 hours of sleep last night!
I only got 4 hours of sleep because my room temperature was set for 74 Degrees Fahrenheit! When lying in bed trying to sleep, your body temperature decreases to initiate sleep and the suggested temperature in order to initiate sleep is between 60 and 67 Degrees Fahrenheit! My room was way too warm!
I am going to set my room temperature to 65°F every night in order to get more sleep and have more energy to workout and become strong like you!
