  • Introduction
  • Claim
  • Reason
  • Huh?!?!?!?!?!
  • HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! (Insult)
  • In the story, "The Cask of Amonillado" by Edger Allen Poe, Fortunado insulted Montresor and he got his revenge by chaining him up, and burring him alive behind a wall.
  • Evidence
  • Montresors actions towards Fortunado are not acceptable and are not right.
  • Analysis
  • Montresors actions are not acceptable because all Fortunado did was insult him. Fortunado did not deserve to be buried alive.
  • Wrap Up
  • Montresor states. "No one insults me without punishment... In the blink of an eye, I had chained him to the wall!... I began to wall up the entrance to the space..." (Poe 31-33)
  • Hehehe
  • This shows that Montresor chained him to a wall, then built a wall before him so he was trapped in. When Montresor states that no one insults him without punishment, punishment doesnt always mean death, so he did not have to kill Fortunado.
  • Hahaha. Finally, he is out of my life and gone forever!
  • Fortunado did not deserve what Montresor did to him.
