Starbucks uses Twitter in a strategic way; while they still post as they do via Facebook, it is not as frequently. Twitter is Starbucks social media outlet for customers, communicating directly with the positive and negative feedback.
Instagram is where Starbucks shines with their communication; simple picture posts related to coffee time, tea time, coffee culture, etc. Pinterest is where Starbucks customers utilize social media to discuss their favorite brand and products sold through them.
