640 B.C. I think it was. I remember that I had called the King of Troy to my island. His name was odysseus. He was on his way to go home.
He had faced many difficulties before, and he was about to face more. I was stuck on this island for many years and I don't like it when someone can't go home. So I told him what situations he will face with he solutions.
I told him that if you get past the difficulties he will be able to go home. So after 3 day of ruthless seas he saw the island I had warned him about.
This island was no ordinary it had sirens on it. I told him that Sirens are creatures who sing to attract prey. I
I told him that he was the only one to listen to the sirens and he had to be tied to the mast. Everyone else was to close their ears with melted wax. He also poisoned the water so the sirens couldn't coeme close.
The poison killed the Siren. Odysseus tried to go home facing many more problems.
