This storyboard does not have a description.
Assumption 1: We want storyboard review to be a tranquil experience (as depicted in the graphic.) Assumption 2: People process information effectively in different ways. Most people do not like text-based formats. Most others might not like word-based formats.
For a storyboard to be a tranquil experience (as depicted in the picture), we could first determine whether a word storyboard is difficult to follow or not.
It is a good idea to conduct a survey to figure out what specific problems bother the clients. Some might, in fact, prefer reviewing a word document.
If clients prefer something visual, then a VO script with a doodle of the main parts of the screen can be sent. The SB should have the doodled portions highlighted, though.
