Storyboard Text

  • Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Beginning)
  • Arthur Dent, easily confused, boring, civillian living in London.
  • Ford Prefect, low key genius, semi-insane alcoholic, vehement party goer, illegal immigrant from the planet Betlgeuse
  • For astronomically different reasons.
  • Our good, albeit frighteningly unstable friend, Ford is worried because after 15 years of nothing on his radar, the first sign of a spaceship passing anywhere near here was a VERY bad one.
  • Though you may not believe me, these two are quite good friends, and both of them are quite upset...
  • Our good friend Arthur is upset because the city is attempting to build a bypass through his house.
  • To expand upon Ford's vastly more interesting problem, the ships he detected were quite massive, very slow, and resembled upended offfice buildings defying gravity. They were also armed heavily enough to destroy a planet. Which is, completely coincidentally, what they planned to do.
  • Spaceship
  • Ford is now trying to hack into the ship in order to trick it to get them on board while explaining just what it was he is haking to Arthur in the first place.
  • "Vogons! A Vogon space ship! It doesn't matter who they ARE, it's what they're DOING that concerns you!
  • And so, after some hasty explanations, a small theft of peanuts, and lots of questions going un-answered, the two made the last minute escape into the cargo hold of one of the ships. About 2 seconds after the point of no return. The two then continue their adventures in space-time hitchhiking mostly together. There are instances where they are slightly dismembered, but its the thought that counts.
  • Read Douglass Adam's Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy for the rest of the dramatic, morally questionable, and hilariously improbable adventures that await!
