  • I have to live in a crammed apartment that burns down frequently
  • I get to live in a fine concrete house that is luxurious and spacious
  • Rich VS Poor: Education
  • I don't get an education, instead I work
  • I can go to school and learn many things
  • Rich VS Poor: Religion
  • I can play instruments for the religious festivals
  • When I was her age, I could only go to the festivals, but only watch
  • Poor Romans had to live in crammed apartments with many people that smelled of smoke all the time. Rich Roman's got to live in luxurious homes made of concrete with many rooms.
  • Rich VS Poor: Food and Drink
  • I could only have fast food or cook food on a grill that would easily set on fire
  • Poor Romans did not get to have an education so instead they had to work during the day while Rich Roman learned things in school around a teacher on stools.
  • Rich VS Poor: Law and Order
  • I get more harmful punishments because I don't have much money
  • Rich Romans could play musical instruments in religious festivals while poor Romans could only watch them. All Romans however could always give gift to gods.
  • Rich VS Poor: Recreation
  • We get to watch gladiators fight lions and watch chariot races
  • Rich Roman's could have large dinner parties with big kitchens for cooking large meals while poor Roman's had small grills that caught on fire. Poor Roman's would also get ready to go food at stands also called "Fast Food".
  • I had fancy dinner parties on luxurious couches and fed by slaves.
  • Rich Roman's had very little punishments for crimes while even the smallest crime of a poor Roman inflicted major punishments on them.
  • I get very little punishments that not as bad as poor Roman's punishments
  • Poor and Rich Romans could watch events in the Colosseum but their seats would vary by wealth.
