Hello, my name is Ellie and I am in 6th grade. This is based on a project that we were assigned by the Chinese Government. I would like to show you a little video that I made. My topic are the environments and I have 2 very amazing places that I researched about. I hope you will learn something new!
The Himalayas is a natural barrier. It protects China from letting enemies to come inside the country. The Himalayas also, are a pack of mountains that border 5 country. They are Bhutan, China (Tibet), Nepal, and Pakistan. One of the mountains that you probably know is Mount Everest. It has the highest elevation in the whole wide universe! Mount Everest is one of the mountains of the Himalayas. The Himalayas has been existing for about 70 million years.
Honghe Hani Rice Terraces
The Honghe Hani Rice Terraces looks very colorful. These beautiful terraces are in the southern part of Yunnan province. The population of Yunnan was 46.31 million in 2011. The rice terraces are a man made resource. With this enormous rice terrace with a generally mild temperature, it is sure possible to feed the hungry and drooling mouths of Yunnan.
