Ghappa was a very happy fellow who lived in a large house sitting atop a vast farm.
Ghappa's world was perfect until the day of the Partition--the day that violence rounded every corner of his village.
Hoping to escape the violence of his village, Ghappa fled to a relative's house where he lived for 25 days.
On the 25th day of Ghappa's stay with his relatives, the village was burnt down and 50 of his family members died. Ghappa was able to escape into the woods wearing only his underclothes.
Ghappa was able to meet up with his family while running through the woods. His family and him travelled with a caravan to reach safety, saving many girls who were held captive along the way.
Ghappa and his family eventually came to Daultala where they found a vacant house and settled to live happily ever after.
