Storyboard Text

  • Chapter 1
  • "O.K. Someday-we're gonna get the jack together and we're gonna have a little house and a couple of acres an' a cow and some pigs-"
  • "An' live off the fatta the lan'," Lennie shouted. "An' have rabbits. 
  • Chapter 2
  • "A brown and white," Lennie cried excitedly. 
  • George rumbled his cards into a messy pile. "Yeah!" George said, "I heard him lennie. I'll ask him."
  • Chapter 3
  • George and Lennie are on the road to look for  work since they were ran out of town for lennie accident. They are in a mountain range jungle with a river and they talk about the dream that lennie thinks would come true. George tells lennie about the dream of them having a house and "live off the fatta the lan" with cows, pigs, chcikens, and rabbits. 
  •                                    Chapter 4 
  • After lennie gets into trouble for having dead mice George tells him that he could get a pup if would behave.  Lennie and George hear that candys dog had pups and lennie wanted George to ask slim if he could have a pup. 
  • Chapter 5 
  • George tells lennie that they'll get a place to live where they can have a room to themselves. They also want a lot of land to have farms animals and rabbits and alfalfa for the rabbits. 
  • Chapter 6
  • Candy is told about the dream of lennie and george having a house and farm animals and land. Candy told them if they would let him live with them that he would be the farm help and help chip in with the money he had in the bank. 
  • After curley's wife tells candy and lennie that they won't be able to get a house and land and rabbits. He gets mad at her and he tells her the truth about how they have money saved up to get a house. But, the thing is they wasn't supposed to tell anyone about what they were planning. 
  • George found lennie hiding in the brush where he told him to if he were to get into trouble. lennie was hiding in the brush because he did something that got him the "death penalty" he accidently killed curley's wife. After george tells lennie about the dream they had george shot in the back of his head.
