  • Hey, Martha. Did you hear that we will be learning about the Stamp Act today?
  • Oh? Great. I forgot that we will be sitting through another class with Mrs.Marlo
  • RING!!!
  • Well, it taxed paper so it mainly made newspaper and other people who used paper to make money mad. Know I want you all to gather facts for tomorrow. I what to know how it changed the revolution.
  • Like the video just said, the Stamp Act was passes by the British Parliament on March 22, 1765.

  • I don't get why they are mad.

  • MOM! DAD! I need to know about the Stamp Act! HELP!
  • I read some were that it taxed there ship's papers, legal documants, newspaper and playing cards. 
  • And I heard that the actual cost was really small. Not like what the colonists made it out to be.  Go use your computer to find out more.

  • The Next day. A Field Trip to the farm with Mrs.Marlo
  • The reason the Stamp Act was a big part of the American Revolution was that it got the colonists mad. If it was not there it might have to longer for the Revolution to start.
