  • Cathrine was a spanish princess and was once married to Henry's older brother. she was clever and popular and brought friendship with Spain. Her male babies survived but she had a girl called Mary who survived. Henery thought she was was old and boring when she reached 40 and divorced her.
  • Anne of Cleves: 1540
  • Henry hates me :(
  • Anne Boleyn was young, sexy and fashionable. She made Henry wait for sex until they were married. She had a daughter called Elizabeth and Henry sulked because he wanted a boy. She miscarried a boy in 1536. Henry accused her of having sex with four men and her brother. Even though there was no proof, she was beheaded in 1536.

  • She was calm, gentle, caring and tried hard to be friends with Henry's daughters. She also made Henry wait for sex until marriage. They had a son called Edward and Henry was delighted. But Jane died a few days after the birth with an infection
  • Cathrine Parr: 1543-47
  • Cleves was a place in Germany near Flanders and France. Henry married Anne because it brought friendship England, Wales and Europe. She was serious and unfashionable and friends tried to teach her Henrys favourite card games but she didnt understand. Henry liked what he saw in the paiting of her but when he saw her in real life he described her as a 'fat mare from Flanders'. They were married for 6 months before getting a divorce.
  • Catherine was young, lively and very pretty. She flirted with a lot of men and Henry found out. She had once written a letter to her lover and finished it with 'yours as long as life endures' and Henry was furious. He also found out she had several boyfriends before marrying him and she got executed.
  • Catherine Parr was sensible, kind and intelligent. She was a 31-year-old widow that 52-year-old Henry wanted to marry. Her family was pleased that he chose her but she was worried and frightened. The marriage was set for 12 July 1543. They were married until 1547, when Henry died. After his death she got married again.
