  • Russia in WW1
  • HEAD STRAIT TO BATTLE!!!
  • The February Revolution, 1917
  • GET OUT OF HERE YOU TYRANTS!
  • Bolshevik Revolution, 1917
  • ALL POWER TO THE SOVIETS!!!
  • Russia was very unprepared in WW1 and had many casualties because of their war tactic to keep on sending men til they won.
  • Russian Civil War 1918-1919
  • They can win unless they work together.
  • In February of 1917 Russians revolted against the government and tore down the 400 year old monarchy and replaced it with a democracy.
  • Ind. and Agr. Reforms of Stalin, 1928
  • Grow 1,000,000 corn in the next five years.
  • After the new government was established the issue of poverty became more apparent and made the civilians want to give soviets all power in order to help them. Their result was a revolution that lead to Lenin in power.
  • Stalin's Purges
  • YOU'RE FIRED!!!
  • Communists powers made decisions that lead to the disapproval of non-communist groups. This lead to civil war. The Red's (communists) ended up winning due to the white's (everyone else beside independent people) being divide and they gain control over all of Russia.
  • Stalin, when in power, created a five year plan command economy in which he took control of businesses and gave them a certain amount of work to do in the five years.
  • After the first five year plan failed Stalin eliminated anyone who could be seen as an "enemy of the people". This meant executing, arresting, or sending the guilty people to concentration camps.
