Romeo and Juliet kissing is the most important scene in the Act 1 is because they are the main characters and they met.
Act 4 Scene 1
This scene is important because Romeo asked Juliet to marry her and Juliet said yes. They made a vow to each other that they will be married.
Act 5 Scene 3
Romeo told Friar Laurence about his plan that he is marrying Juliet. He is unsure about Romeo changing his mind easily.
This scene is the most important because Juliet is so desperate she asked Friar Laurence for a solution to their problem. His solution is that to drink a potion that will make her appear to be dead.
When Romeo got into the tomb, he saw Juliet's dead body laying down. He drank the potion he bought from the Apothecary and he died.
