A TRIANGULAR PYRAMID is a figure with a triangle base whose sides taper into one single point. A SQUARE PYRAMID has a square base with sides that taper to a single point.
VOLUME refers to the amount of space that a substance or object inside a solid figure.
In geometry, an ALTITUDE of a triangle is a line segment through a vertex and meets the opposite side in right angles. A triangle has three altitudes.
The RADIUS is the distance from the center to the circumference of a circle, whereas the DIAMETER is the distance from side to side, passing through the center.
D = MASS/VOLUME
DENSITY is the degree of consistency measured by the quantity of mass per unit volume.
M = DENSITY * VOLUME
An object's MASS is the quantity of matter that its body contains.
