  • After a nonaggression pact was made between Poland and Germany, the Germans grew their military. Making a promise to the Soviet Union to split up the country of Poland, Germany invaded Poland. The treaty is broken. Who will win this super short Lightning War?
  • Battle of Britain July 10- October 31, 1940
  • Germans need to protect their land. They need a place to stay, and that place is now occupied by the Dutch. Even though the Netherlands are neutral, the Germans decide to attack them. Will the Dutch hold up against this powerful German army?
  • Greco-Italian War October 28, 1940- April 23, 1941
  • The French Army was regarded as one of the most powerful armies of the time in World War II. So, when Adolf Hitler came to power, some people felt safe. But France didn’t know if Germany would attack them or not, so they set up the Maginot Line. Germany breaks through the defenses. French and British soldiers fight valiantly, but is it enough to beat the Germans?
