I feel so tired and sore all the time... I should really do something about it.
Yoga looks like such a good habit, maybe I could try doing it every day.
If I want to be successful, I need to plan when I'm going to do it every day! I think I will dedicate at least ten minutes every day after school to do stretching and doing yoga or when I wake up if it's the weekend

I can't believe I've been doing so well, today marks day 21 of doing yoga! Only one more week until I reach my goal! This has been a great addition to my daily routine.
