  • A young man named Abraham Portman is about to join the army knowing in mind his life is about to change. But he is used to this life after losing his family in Poland during the Second World War. 
  • My family lives were taken by the Nazi I think I'm ready. 
  • Are you sure your ready son. You have your whole life ahead of you. 
  • Boot Camp was no joke. None of these young men knew whats going to happen to them. Abe wetness first hand of what the Nazi have done to Jews and anyone who gets in their way.
  • Let's move it, Ladies!
  • Hardly any of the soldiers could sleep. On the other hand, Abe did not sleep at all unit the war was over and the Nazi defeated
  • After the war, Abe went to visit his home where his family once lived in. 
  • "We who have seen war never stop seeing it"
  • Abe tried calling the children's home no one answered. He is unsure if Miss. Peregrine and the children are alive or not.
  • He never went back to the children's home. The reason was unknown. So he fell in love and got married and had a son named Franklin. He never forgot the war or the children's home for he would tell it to his son and grandson.
