On a stormy rainy night, a man by the name of Simon Bolivar was in a deep thinking mode.
Why are we being ruled by the Spanish? Thats dumb.
He went to go speak to the people the next day about what he thought and convinced them they shouldn't be under Spanish rule.
This represents the key event in which Simon Bolivar liberated the people under Spanish rule
The revolution lasted from 1807-1821 and Simon Bolivar went on to liberate other countries being Ecuador, Peru, Boliva and Gran Colombie
We are free from the Spanish after a long war!
The revolution left a great impact where the Spanish colonists in Latin America no longer ruled the people in Latin American countries.
