After a long day of work I have no energy, feel stressed, and starting to feel my body aching. I wonder what I can do to help myself out. I think I will schedule an appoint and seek out some advice to get me back to normal.

Being physically active can help improve the way you feel mentally and physically.
After that discussion about improving my lifestyle, I am going to start exercising three days a week after work. I did not realize all the benefits that come from being physically active. I cannot wait to make this part of my routine.
The man kept complaining about not feeling himself and being empty, so he decided to take things into his hands and go seek help. He was tired of not having any urgency and always being stressed out. He knew this was not healthy for him and that if he did not take care of it then he would pay for the consequences like, obesity, bad sleeping habits, and other health problems.
After the individual met with the doctor and did he routine check, he delegated the RN to inform the patient about the importance of staying physically active and all the benefits that comes with it. The nurse educated the patient that if he can build in a routine time to exercise it can limit heart disease, control weight, provide energy, improve his mood, and promotes better sleep. He decided now when he comes home instead of sitting on the couch he will choose to do something to better his health.
After leaving his appoint the patient felt inspired and ready to apply exercising to his daily life. The nurse did a great job at promoting a positive outlook on the situation.
